OVERVIEW

Verdant ("the app") is designed to be completely offline and private. This

policy explains what information the app handles and how it is stored.

NO DATA COLLECTION

Verdant does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information.

The app has:

• No user accounts or sign-up

• No analytics or usage tracking

• No advertising or ad identifiers

• No third-party SDKs that collect data

NO INTERNET ACCESS

The app functions entirely without an internet connection. Your information is

never uploaded to any server or cloud service and never leaves your device.

INFORMATION YOU ENTER

Any information you add — such as plant names, categories, locations, watering

schedules, notes, watering history and app preferences — is stored only in a

private database on your device.

LOCAL STORAGE

All data is saved locally using on-device storage (SQLite database and app

preferences). If you use "Clear all data" in Settings or uninstall the app,

this information is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

PERMISSIONS

Verdant does not request access to your contacts, location, camera,

microphone, photos or files. It only uses on-device application storage.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Because the app collects no personal data whatsoever, it is safe for users of

all ages.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the updated version will be included in a future app

update.
